Eros is pure ALIVENESS, life’s energy force. It is the impulse to live and live fully.
It’s wanting to live life so that there is more life around us. A way that ignites people or a group or a community so that together we are all more alive.
Though Eros includes sexuality, it is not limited by it. Eros (i.e. eroticism) is a quality of love, vibrancy, and vitality that comes from aligning our self Mind + Body + Heart + Soul.
It is my pleasure to share with you the practices, tools, and wisdom I have learned to further support and enhance your personal expansion. The offerings on this site are an invitation to embark on a journey to activate, embody and amplify your eros, as a way to more deeply connect with the unique essence of you.

It is literally being radiant with life force, a kind of magnetic energy that draws life to her and enlivens life around her. This is not about how someone looks but how turned on they are from the inside.
I couldn’t be more delighted you are here. My desire is to make the most of our connection and to enhance and embolden your journey in any way possible. In my experience, Eros comes when we align with our true nature and live wholeheartedly from a place of authenticity. How shocked I was to realize that all along it was my aliveness, my zest, my passion, my enthusiasm that was my secret sauce, my uniqueness, my superpower.
The more I embody this as a way of being, the more I realize that it extends beyond the physical… The energy of Eros, of aliveness, is what connected me to all of life- to the liminal space and the physical. The seen and the unseen. To feel life moving through life with one consistent invitation. Inviting me to open more fully. It was only then that I realized that the greatest act of service I could ever be to the world or any room I walked into was my authentic aliveness, my Eros.
And so aliveness became my practice… and like any practice, some days are better than others. But I am committed to living life so that there is more life around me.
